The Art of Breathing Online

Workshop Details

June 22, 2002,  Saturday, 4:45pm - 6:30pm, Chi Kung (Qigong) class, " Primal Chi Regimen II," at the Fifth Annual Chi Celebration, on the campus of The University of San Diego, California.

In this class, the last 3 of the 6 Primal Chi exercises will be taught. The first 3 of the 6 Chi Kung exercises will be reviewed. Hence, the entire 6 exercises will be perform in its entirety.

In Chi Kung practice, chi represents the basic vital energy of mankind and the universe. It is vital to our well-being and for sustaining all human activities. Without chi, a person dies.

This regiment will booster and nurture "primal chi" which is the built in vitality that each person is borne with. Imagine primal chi, like an inner battery, unless we learn to re-charge its power through proper breathing, exercises, nutrition, and other healthy activities and self-care, this chi will dwindle rapidly, and our physical, mental and  emotional health will suffer.
