Workshop Details


January 28, 2001, Sunday, 1:00PM - 5:00PM, Session II, Sponsored by Transformation Workshops, Goldwest College, Huntington Beach, California - "Craniosacral Dragon Regimen" - a set of ancient Chi Kung (Qigong) exercises.  This workshop is a continuation of January 21, 2001's workshop.

Craniosacral Dragon Regimen, a unique set of choreographed Qigong exercises.  Chinese legion has it that this set, known as "Loong Kung", was designed exclusively for royalty, for their maintenance of good health, longevity, and virility.  The ancient Chinese Qigong masters created "Loong Kung" to generate, nurture, and encourage the flow of chi throughout the spine, including that which is known as the "craniosacral system".  It gently limbers, stretches, stimulates, and tones practically every joint and muscle in the body.  This regimen consists of 7 segments.  This workshop offers revision of segments 1, 2, 3, and 4, follow by the learning of segments 5, 6, and 7.  For more information and location, contact Timothy Stuetz at PH.
