This program will offer an overview of the "Art of Breathing". There will be demonstrations and attendee participation through breathing exercises, imagery drills and targeted applications.  You will learn how to incorporate proper breathing techniques into your daily activities, and to recognize the common mistakes made in breathing, and to correct faulty breathing habits through exercises.  This is part of the 45th Annual Unity Student Retreat at Asilomar, October 6-8, 2000 in Pacific Grove, CA by the Pacific Ocean Coast.
